- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags or accessories.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
How to Request a Return

- Provide a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
