We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.


Return Eligibility

  • You must notify us within 1 day after receiving your order if your item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags or accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide a clear photo or video showing the defect or damage.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not defective or damaged
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
  • Customized or special-order items

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days pass and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at 09shopecom@gmail.com.
